I know it looks like one, but its not. Its smoke. Lots of smoke.

A controlled burn up by the coast got out of control, now his monster cloud is towering over the entire town. Its burning up along the coast thankfully, so there's no danger to the town, but they've had to start evacuating people.

Oh, and by the way, this is as much of the cloud as I could get in the shot. This is only a third of the smoke cloud. Yes, its that huge.
