OH DEAR GODZ WTF!?!
I procrastinate way too much, I've had this for a good while now, and thought I'd show it.
This is the american coins, even to this date. See if you can guess what's so "black history" related (and don't say it's the color of the nickel and copper). I've alreayd shown others this, so if you know and you've talked to me, don't say anything just yet.
I got this from my friend's australian cousin who told me about this. Steal if you want (would that make me an internet artist?).
and if you're wondering what's wrong with me, read this: http://furaffinity.net/journal/7379/

I don't really get this except that Lincoln faces the other direction and he was the president who abolished slavery...
On top of that, I think that the whole concept of Black History month needs to be abolished because I believe that trying to minimize an entire facet of american culture to one month is completely and utterly ridiculous and racist. It needs to be integrated into the rest of the year since black history, white history, latino history, and whatever other history all intertwine in American society. We couldn't exist any other way.

I was going to say what I thought the coins meant, but silverrwolfe beat me to it! Yeah, all I can really get is that Lincoln, the president who abolished slavery, is facing the opposite direction from the other presidents. I do know that George Washington "owned" slaves (quotation marks since you can't own anyone), even though he presided over the other writers of the Constitution.
