In Korea, they have thick bacon too but it's called samgyeopsal (삼겹살) and it's consumed at a Korean community grill table. You pick the bacon with your chopsticks and put it on the grill. Don't forget the spices, onions, and garlic to be put on the grill with the bacon too! When the bacon is ready to be eaten, enjoy. X3
