My first dog was a Basset hound. Stubborn as heck and twice as loud lol. He was a great watch dog though. You could always tell when someone was at the door. That howl of theirs can rattle the windows. :) The way they run is also funny. Kinda like a sidways gallop. Your two are just beautiful.
