I haven't uploaded a JEFF & SCRUFFY pic in a long while,mostly because a few things:
Been focusing on my school/homework,working out and running around at the park near my home,focusing on my GUNSMOKE fanart and storyline,finding out how I'm gonna get some cash to buy my sister,mom,and dad a present for christmas,regardless if christmas is next month,you know,the works...
So yeah,here it is,so get this : alot of kids and parents ind Barney appropriate enough to watch for education and fun...but what about the adolescent point of view? o.o
Alot of people think the theme song is kinda annoying,classic,catchy,crappy,whatever the case is,so Jeff and Scruffy has heard some rumors on facebook (Scruffy has no interest in facebook -_-),that Barney's character,maybe portrayed by a random-ass pedophile actor,who's trying to conceal his identity from the IRS,or FBI,you get my point.

And on the bottom right corner,Tobey (Chris Tucker)points out that "white people" shows always have something wrong with their mascots of their production or inclusion with the budget.
