no anasthesia required, pysical pain is only in the mind and easy to overcome. and no probably not, implants in that area would reject quite quickly, this is only a temporary thing, great for parties and fetish balls, i would only reccomend keeping in things like this for 6hours maz as the skin would get extremely irritated after such a long period of time of raw skin being exposed to the air
