Number 21 for my Ladies of Arda Portfolio (info can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1980006/ ) This is Nienna, the Vala known as The Weeper, played by 's character Sleet.

Nienna’s chief concern is mourning, which is the meaning of her name. She is the sister of Lorien and Mandos. She lives alone in the west of Valinor where her mansions look out on the sea and the Walls of Night. Her tears have the power to heal and fill others with hope and the spirit to endure.
