They are nearly done. Approved, but not yet gone through and had the eyes and mouth done, and last minute smoothing/nitpicking as I find bits that are uneven. :)

These are made with foam, that has then been carved. :)

I suppose you could try a spray foam to build a head, or at least backfill a larger cavity.
Likely, you would still need to shape it, as foam tends to expand unevenly.

Do you still take commissions for these foam bases? If so, what is the price range?

Specifically it's Q31 from Bob's Foam Factory. Slightly stiffer than the cushion foam you can find at Walmart or Joannes etc (which also would work, mind you)

I cut with a boxcutter/snap blade. Though you can use scissors or even an electric bread knife as well. Whichever works best for you :)
