Just let the kittens be in the same room with the dogs, of course you'll be watching them during that time in case a dog thinks they are A.) New squeaky toy or B.) New tasty snack.
Do that for awhile and they should all warm up to each other, if not, then I don't know what I'm talking about. ^.^
