Six of the current movers and shakers of Itinic at the time of First Contact with aliens (Minsk and Humans).
Keexra Survivor of the Itinic World War, Itarai (elder chosen leader) of the citystate hunt Pubuic, in the Sparic Allied Control overhunt, and trusted diplomat, guilty of bringing a peace to her race, one that satisfied no party to the war, but helped put the world on the road to recovery. She has resigned from Itarai of the overhunt of her alliance, but has been pushed forward to mediate between the aliens and the three superpowers of Itinic. Her judgment is sacrosanct - and feared, used only as a last resort by the race as a whole.
Insinta Soon to be -ex- Itarai of Domatarennsic Dominate's Space Hunt, she resides and runs Laotic station - an odd and somewhat unpopular position for someone who's hunt is mostly planetside. She held the alien ship caught in the center of her station, trapped in bureaucratic red tape while she tried to trade to gain antigrav and star-drive technology from its inhabitants. Her elders weren't happy with her policy of communications blackout and are on their way to relieve her of her position. Her primary motivation though, stems from her desire to fly the big ships, long mothballed after the war, to spread her people and trade to the outer planets and reclaim the dormant space station orbiting the gas giant in Itinic's star system. Since meeting the aliens, her goals have grown, blinding her to the politics around her.
Koiatia Station mistress and Itarai of Moon Hunt, a Sparic Allied Control hunt that has moved completely off-world to the old nuclear powered Neemic station. She hopes for a future when her hunt, among others, are wholly independent of the homeworld, its politics and its treaties. She is a friend and ally of every spacefaring Espic hunt, save Space Hunt. She likes Insinta, but still sees her as a rival, and the Domatarrensic Dominate as a threat to world peace.
Szheeja Atarai and CEO of Choativ hunt - a portion of the Choativ Trading Overhunt. While not spacefaring, or even a 'national' hunt, Choativ controls territory in all three superpower alliances of Itinic, and has vast economic and political power. Choativ is seen as an impartial arbiter between Sparic, Gattic and Domatarrensic, but those that have dealt with Szheeja and all the rest of this generation's Choativ, see arrogance and a thirst for increased market share. Szheeja has no interest in the space stations being fully reclaimed - or the competition their massive factories would give Choativ. Its an uphill battle though, for the world war was fought over, among many things, NIMBY industrial struggles that wrecked whole island ecosystems - while manufacturing on the space stations would do little to threaten Itinic's biosphere.
Uttu Pilot of a 40Dton inter-orbital vessel, carrying workers and nuclear fuel to the darkside Gattic station of Kalativ. His ship and cargo were sabotaged en-route, and he and his passengers were rescued by the alien ship Zorilla, crewed by Directorate humans and minsk explorers. He's grateful to his 'horrible creature' rescuers, and has helped them break through some of Laotic's red tape, getting two of their number past the docks and onto an allied Gattic vessel to bring language translation tapes and information about their ship's situation to Neemic station, setting the stage for a political upheaval on the planet below.
Uttu's whole Tula Island hunt was based around the little vessel he just lost, and with little hope of a replacement with Itinic's slow withdrawal from space, he feels he has nothing to lose at this point from shaking things up a bit.
Puntutti Hotshot pilot, Puntutti is a cross between Han Solo and a sports superstar, acting as the advertising face of everything from alcoholic beverages to life insurance. It is thought that Puntutti has fathered young from countless one night stands across Itinic's surface.
Puntutti pilots and owns the 100 Dton fusion rocket orbital transfer vessel Gluacca, a ship he inherited from his father, who had modified Gluacca for use as a bomber during the war, then personally disarmed it afterwards. His hunt, Black Bay, is part of the Gattic Hunt of Reason, the poorest and most backward of the world's three superpowers - though one wouldn't know it from the quality of their spacing hunts, or the gear they confiscated during the war. Unfortunately, Gluacca is Gattic's only self-launch capable space vehicle - all the others have to be either taken in Gluacca's cargo bay (which was designed to carry 40Dton inter orbital shuttles), or wait their turn buying Moric Bay liquid rocket launch vehicles (disposable multistage rockets.)
It was with Puntutti's ship that Quantum and Robert McKinney were shuttled from Laotic, against Insinta's insistence that they remain her station's 'guests', to Neemic to expose the aliens and their intentions to the rest of the Espic race, forcing negotiations from two parties to four.
This features the head portion of my redesign of the Espic race - partly to get more expression on their faces, and to explain why their language has consonants like P, B, V, W, and F - the more buggy mouthparts of the earlier design couldn't have managed them. Cultural, governmental, psychological as well as physical details all got tweaked a bit before their debut in game last weekend - I've had these guys in the idea portion of my game for about a year now, waiting for the PC's to stumble across their single star system. They -almost- missed it via decision processes twice, but I didn't feel like moving the star system storywise - I figured it'd be visited eventually.
Its a good thing too, because the concept had that extra time to mature - and while I'm still frantically writing down new things about them constantly, I have a much clearer direction for them, and role for them in the campaign as a result of the delay.

Wow, this is amazing. You did an excellent job with the very tricky task of making Distinct Individuals With Very Nonhuman Features. These folk aren't just recolors of each other; they're different people, with different facial proportions and personalities.
I particularly like Szheeja's tympanic membranes. The proportions, contrasting color, and patterning are so different than all the rest. "Hey, this guy's got big ears!"
