The second member of Team Blink, Meian za Tanuki. She's supposed to be a Sonic fancharacter, but she doesn't look it, does she?

Base Power: A mistress of disguise, she produces a chaos current from the target on her back. Unfortunately, it is very painful and dangerous for her to use. She is also extremely fast, reaching speeds of 110mph.
Vehicle: The Shock Blizzard, a skyboard built for high-altitude.
Team: Team Blink, Speed Leader
Personality: After losing an argument, she can get inconsolable for days, unless there's work to do (not that the team would let her work like that). She speaks with a heavy Japanese accent and is almost incoherent sometimes. When angered she bursts out in "Engrish". She is the least picky eater of the team, and will eat absolutely anything, which works fine since Kitty is an awful cook. Easily agitated, the main techwiz and backup fighter of the team is highly unstable. While Kitty can get bitchy, Meian completely explodes. Her bad temper is combined with a strict inability to remain calm, and she stresses out easily, making her almost useless at close-range combat. Her primary weapons are a huge bazooka named Junpaku and lasers in her board. She sees better from her left eye than her right, so the bangs hang in front of her good eye to remind her to handicap it. The good eye is almost always closed, and the bad eye is slowly improving, and its complete healing signifies the end of the series. At a point, She and Sakura were arguing over a boy, as Meian is notably the jealous type.
History: Meian grew up beside kitsune, nekomata, and the like in her homeland of Japan. She moved along with her parents to Green Hill to find...something. Her father, Kagemaru, and her mother Hikaru both worked in areas of nanotech, and when they were roboticized, she learned from their notes, books and tools.
