I had to get one of those "Insult + Revenge" Commissions from Pie. While Rocco may be a dunk tank clown, he can be just as much of an asshole out of water as in it, as seen here! High and dry! :P

Fun fact about when I've been a dunk tank clown: Whether is was a stogie like Rocco's smoking here or a cigarette, I mastered the art of keeping the smoke lit despite getting dunked: as soon as the target would get hit, my arm would shoot up, keeping the smoke above the water. As I'd often tell them when returning to the seat, "You may drown the clown, but you'll never soak the smoke!"
