Sweet pancakes with their many toppings are such a fine treat no matter if your a lemon sugar topper, syrup or fruits and cream. A fine fill for all seasons from the kitchens of  cherrytheleopard

Recipe for american pancakes serves 8 pancakes roughly x :)

(2 tspoons / 1table spoon of cinnamon or half a cup of chocolate chips if u want a twist to them X3 )

135gs / 4 and 3 quarters of plain flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Half a tsp of salt
2tbsp of caster sugar
130ml or 4 and a half fl oz milk
2 small eggs or 1 large egg x
Butter or oil for pan x 2 tbsp

then u just have to cook them like an ordinary pancake just dont add alot of mix as theses are small thick pancakes traditionaly :3 x enjoy!!!
