Away from the tough streets of San Francisco, Alastair awakens in his bed, having had the chance to sleep in on the first of his days off. He takes a few minutes to relax in bed and ponder his days off ahead of him before jumping in the shower and starting his day off.

Like any good cop, he knows when to leave his job behind in his work locker after his shift is over. And from the looks of that torso of his, seems he's not letting the rigors of the job interrupt his gym time either
