By-the-hour painting commission for kur0, done in Photoshop with an Intuos 3! Originally commissioned for 6 hours, but she has been kind to me over the years and a repeat customer, so it's more like 8.5 hours I think.

Something I have learned that may help with future drawings is when you draw a pose like this, you want to have the silhouette be easily readable. The part where the hand comes out to the viewer would work better if that was helping the silhouette with it's shape rather than the current silhouette (darks against lights and same with the tail touching the far hand in the silhouette).
Mostly been a lurker, but figured I would give out a few pointers if you are looking for them! :P
Other than that, I really like the pose, the feel, and the colors within the image. Kudos, keep up the awesome artwork! :3

I love. This character. her crest and tail feathers are exactly like Seishuku's :) and the fact hat I just finished the first assassin's creed game adds to my ability to relate.
The perspective you've got working on this is so lovely. It almost makes me think I could just rotate the image to get a different angle, like a model turnaround. And the movement is great, the wind... Really awesome. I think this is my favorite piece of your work so far.
