Just gonna give a fair warning here. Art raffles are against the FA ToS, since they count as a form of gambling. So... I'd be a bit careful, if I were you.

I think its more for money sake. There was a bi art raffle a year ago and the guy had to give a sketch with each ticket bought to keep it good, But no money = no problems

You might want to ask someone in charge to get a definitive answer. Is it gambling if there's no money involved? It's not as if you're selling tickets! It's more of a random giveaway than a raffle -- like a radio station giving away a coupon for a free pizza to the 12th caller, which to my knowledge isn't illegal anywhere. Also, what makes it "illegal gambling" -- does it have to be against the law in the poster's location, the server's location, or the location of somebody reading it?

Meanwhile, this statement in the TOS is really grammatically bad! The way I read it, you can't post anything that's offensive to any illegal gambling! I'm sorry, gambling, I didn't mean to offend you!

It's only gambling if an exchange of currency is involved. Currency can be actual money or other art.

On the note of the Raffles I think you in the right Gem. I've seen a lot of artist do similar things. What your basically doing is just drawing free art for people at random. The only way the word Raffle really applies in that someone is winning something by chance. No money is involved so I think you in the right. Still couldn't hurt to get it straight from an Admin.
