something i whipped up this morning before heading to community college.

how i made it? easy:

1. grease pan (stainless steel pan), scramble 3 eggs & put it on med-med high heat for about 3 or 4 minutes til the bottom is done, add cheese (shreaded or square cheese, doesn't matter which kind. i used sharp cheddar cheese, shreaded)

2. add ham, turkey, or whatever you have & then remove pan from the stove, preheat oven to 350 or 375 & place it in there for about 2-4 minutes (depends on your oven quality)

3. take it out & let it cool for 3-5 minutes & try removing it with a Splatula & enjoy!
