Another Art Practice on a Contest for Sonic CD that SEGA is holding. I already sent the picture to the contest recently and it ends 11/29 morning.
This is referenced from the StarDust Speedway Boss Battle, Metal Sonic. But you notice that the Bridge Panels are not gone. It's cause it is mostly referenced from the Sonic CD ending than the battle.
