You know, I would like to point something out to you, and this is constructive criticism here. As a tattoo enthusiast and owner of several as well as a designer of tattoos, I watermark the hell out of ALL my images that I do.
I STRONGLY recommend that you do this for your tattoo images, too...especially this one, considering it's a commissioned tattoo. I highly doubt the commissionee would like to see that tattoo end up on someone else.
Just a thought, :).

Yeah, I should get more aggressive with it. I think it's rather sick and sad someone would steal art and then have it permanently emblazoned on their body. But I know a lot of people don't care. Unfortunately, with something this stylized, I don't think that a watermark would stop someone from stealing it. But I will look into it.
Thanks for the comment! :)

This is SO beautiful...I have always loved the orborous...such a sacred symbol..and the addition of the moon phases and swastika really finish it nicely....beautiful wings as well...I need to practice wings more...but definitely do keep an eye on this one...unimaginative people with no idea of its meanings will take it...sadly..
Thank you! I've done a lot of work with Oroborous, it's a theme I keep coming back to over and over again.
It's really crummy how the true swastika symbol has been perverted and a lot of people don't even know what it's actual meaning is. The commissioner asked me to include it, but not glaringly, since it means a lot to her. And I think it goes very well with the theme of the piece!

the actual meaning of the swaztika is the sun an ancient rune *shrugs* I don't remember what it original meaning was other than I think it meant a form of protection. this is just an awesome piece ^_^ beautiful job on that and I would also recommend that you watermark this piece heavily
