His powers are the opposite of Mili's: whereas she seeks to dominate the wolf inside her and retain her humanity, Vico gave into his beast long ago. This grants him the strength and power of his wolf form even outside the full moon. He's also very crafty, willing to slit someone's throat from behind. He is not a fair fighter and actually pretends to be a hero in the public eye.
He also possesses a power called "Wolfspell", which allows him to lull victims into a false sense of security before he eats their hearts.

I hope I'm not being annoying, but is the blade on his wrist thingy on the inside (i.e. next to his arm) or the outside? Cause if it's on the inside, that'd make it really awkward to use in combat. That is, unless it's designed more for an execution thing, which given that he apparently has a power designed to let him rip people's hearts out I wouldn't put out of the question >.>
