This is a commission our play-tester 
kadenshadows commissioned me (
windpaw) of his character in our beta-campaign; Oleander Koth.
Oleander (or "Olie" to his friends) likes to fly his ships fast, and right down his enemy's throats. In personal combat however, he's all about swiftness and evasion, preferring agility and stealth over armor. His full-body sneak-suit is designed to allow him to blend into his surroundings through advanced camouflage technologies, which not only improve his ability to sneak, but make him harder to keep track of (and hit) in combat. He prefers to pick off his enemies from afar with energy pistols (aided by his targeting HUD monocle), but wields a wrist-mounted shield emitter and retracting vibro-sword for when things get up-close and personal. On top of all this, his most impressive (and expensive) piece of personal equipment are his boots: a combination military-grade combat boots and speed-enhancing boots. These boots provide hefty protection as well as a boost to his running speed and maneuverability.
This could be considered 'concept art', so I'm cross-posting it here as well as on my main account. Hell, it might even wind up in the books when this whole mess finally goes to print! We'll see :P
