WOW, I haven't drawn Livna in a while.
Old Sonic related character of mine, she had the ability to mimic others' appearances. The downside to her ability was if she became too nervous, was hit too hard, or stressed out too much, she would go back to her original colors in her current disguise, or simply go back to her real form.
She can't run to save her life, so the bracelets around her wrists would allow her to hover off from the ground to reach her max speed (think similar to Metal Sonic's way of traveling about). The downside to them is that when she is near the Master Emerald, they are rendered useless.
How she originally met Sonic's group was by getting punched by Shadow, blowing her disguise as Sonic, and then getting dragged over to them.
