So here's what I've been doing this week (so far!), I'm making cakes and cupcakes for a Christmas craft fair this coming Saturday. I've yet to get the cupcakes made, but I finished these today.
They're 6" cakes, white velvet with mint buttercream, covered and decorated with fondant. Took me all day to bake and make them. Only thing I didn't make myself was the fondant, everything else was homemade from scratch :)

It isn't easy O.o I use a fondant mat, and even with that, you really have to press hard down on the fondant to get it flattened/rolled out...and I really had to bend over the kitchen table because it's kinda low, so that took a toll out on my back =P
