Well, here is a picture inspired by a bit of Comment RP between 
Daniwolf and myself on her latest submission "Permanently pregnant!" (piccie over here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6967974/ )
A little belly rub and some curriousity ending up from pregnant with one to pregnant with quaduplets, and three to be perminent residents! Going to need a new wardrobe after this... or redefine what is "wardrobe" :-P Going to be interesting thinking about these events :-P
Just a quick playful sketch in pencil, Hope you enjoy! I think I made some details a little Small for the condition, and of course HANDS can be rough...

*Smiles as you both press into her, wondering in the back of her mind if being next to you during this crucial moment will trigger greater potency in the effect. Whether or not it does, however, she'll be happy.* I'm absolutely sure sugar - this has been a dream of mine for some time. ^^
Oh my, wolf and fox pups in me would be interesting - it would be a lovely sensation, being a prey species protecting little predators. Maybe it would be a symbol of harmony. ^^

Hm? Yes, I've just been waiting for things to ha- happen? *She stops herself as a peculiar feeling presses into her middle. She feels herself being pushed away from the wolfess and the vixen as if being repelled. Looking down, she sees her belly expanding before her very eyes, stretching her shirt taut as it struggles to contain the swell. She feels heavy as she grows, her center of gravity distending with the firm weight of her now very pregnant stomach. Clutching and gently rubbing its gratuitous mass, she emits a deep, breathless gasp as it stops growing, its new size just large enough to prevent her from being able to wrap her soft, hooved hands around its forward curve.* O-oh my goodness, I feel huge! But... strangely warm, and content... *She blushes deep red as she contemplates the small litter now residing in her womb.* It's better than I could have possibly imagined. ^^
Mmmm, but the look grows on you *moved a little back and to the side as your belly presses out and back. After a moment or two, one hand starts to slowly rub your now kit and pup containing tummy lightly in circles.*
Mmmm It does become you, and looks good on you. *grins* Hehe, I'm sure you'll enjoy the experience. *suddenly one of ny hands pauses on a spot of your belly as my other hand moves to my own with a slight grunt indicating a possible kick.* Hehe possibly a little restless or telling me they're hungry. *Blushes*

*Coos softly as you press your hand to her pregnant belly, her hand reaching to rest rub the stretched skin and fur a few inches from it.* I think you're right. Though it does mean I'll have to rethink my entire wardrobe, especially if this is permanent. I'll be the one lady at the store that always buys maternity clothes. *She seems to beam happily at the thought*

*smiles lightly* Mmmm, though the cravings make so many things sound deliscious though, hehe. Oh and they won't wait long. Mama always has to make sure they're well fed
Hummm.... maternity clothing. Well at least a few pieces in my wardrobe will work, if I want to be showing the little ones off, *snickers* but I'm sure a shopping trip is in order now.
