Yeah it has the pistol grip and the folding metal stock, which is folded in the picture.
The Spas-12 from what I remember weighs in at about 9.75 pounds. The next closest gun to this type (convertible action shotgun) that I am aware of is the Benelli M3 Super 90 weighs in at about 7.2lbs (from Benelli's USA website. The military ones have extended tubes though)
