Not much of a species with their looks, they can come in all sorts of colors but they are mostly blue. They can even have different markings, this one is a plain blue lung shark. Their eyes can be any color too.

Another interesting thing these sharks have, they have lungs that can breathe in air for an hour until the lungs overheat and shut down, plus their skin will dry out if they are outside of the water for too long.

They usually have those tips, which vary from individual to individual, some are smaller, while others are bigger. They can also have different patterns with the tips.

They always have three gills and two nostrils. And when on land, the shark can bend its nose upwards, allowing it to breathe air easily. This gave them the nickname "Flat-Nosed Shark" but the proper term is Lung Shark.

They are very timid and meek, usually at the sight of humans, they flee (scared because humans hunt them). But if they were to be up close to a human child, do not worry, they will not attack, they will allow the child to pet them or ride them (almost as big as a great white).

They give birth to live young and the young stay with their mother for a little while. And despite them being timid and meek, if one of their young is harmed, they are very aggressive towards whatever hurt their young. They are devoted mothers, helping their young get food (often times killing the fish and allowing the young to eat it) and protecting it from predators.

After being weened from their mother, they are solitary creatures, only to go into big groups during mating season.

And they are semi-sentient and highly intelligent.
