A Chicken Rice Soup Mix

Great for those cold wet winter days

Again I took the picture before adding the ribbons.

2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1/4 cups chicken bouillon granules
4 teaspoons dried tarragon
4 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon white pepper

combine all ingredients in bowl before filling a glass quart jar. cover and store in cool dry place

2/3 cups Soup Mix
3 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
Shake rice mix before measuring. In large saucepan bring water, butter, and soup mix to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 40-45 minutes or till rice is tender
