another one that's great for those cold wet days.

1 1/2 cup powdered non dairy creamer
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 baking cocoa

mix together in a bowl before filling a quart glass jar. Store in cool dry place for up to a year

3 table spoons mix
3/4 cup boiling water
Dissolve mix in water, and stir well. Top with whipped cream
