Breed: Bosten Terrier Pug mix (Bugg, yes, that is actually what its called)
He was the first actual canine I ever owned. Been with me since 2001 and really helped me cope with the death of a close friend back in augest of 2001, we got him a few months before that in June of 2001.
He was an abused animal, skinny, a few bald spots had a HUGE wart on his face (thankfuly my mother asked for it to be removed when he got nutered) and would avoid everyone but me. He wasn't even a year old when the poun had picked him up. We luckily got there 3a few days before he was going to be euthenized. It was a saturday, and he was scedualed to be put down on tuesday. My mother came back almost daily to talk with the workers there and get him. We eventually talked them into letting us take him.
He is such a sweet animal, fat, but sweet none the less. Had him for 10 years, which makes him about 11, give or take, and I hope to have him another 5 more, would say forever, but as we all know, animals do not live forever. Just thought I would share this sweet guy with you.
I love him with all my heart, or as much as you can love an animal. He still cowers to a raised hand, but not as badly as when we got him. His name was my fathers idea.
But enough about the past, time for the future.
