Almost immediately upon the release of the Pokemon Black/White sprites, this guy came into being.
MEET ZIGGY.
I haven't drawn him in ages, but I STILL LOVE THE LITTLE BRAT.
... Though, his design kinda looks like a mix between Scraggy and Scrafty.
