A couple redesign concepts I did of a very old character of mine (nearly 16 years old now). I'm personally rather partial to the one on the left, but I like some of the elements of the one on the right. Can't really decide. What do you think?

Yeah. I completely wrecked the pose, but I just continued with it regardless. It was meant more to be an outfit design piece, but I figured I would practice form and pose a little bit more. All in all, good experience. :)

The one on the right reminds me of Mgs but the left seems UNuseful, no pokets XD

Yeah. I took a considerable amount of inspiration from the MGS stealth suit Snake wears. Especially in MGS2.

But, thanks for pointing that out. Moar pockets!

Hmm what I used to do when such dilemma appear. Merge! Usually I do that for line picking. When there is a curve but there is also another curve I like I simply do a curve between them. You could try to take what you like in one into the other. Combining the two and maybe get what you wanted.

Yeah, I've thought of trying this in a future attempt. Try and take what aspects of the design on the right I like and merge them a bit more into the design no the left. We'll see how that goes.

And, yeah. Luckily, my oldest of characters are only that old.

I actually like the entire look of the right side, myself.

I've been trying so update characters of mine as well. Some haven't been updated in over a decade.
