Track 5 from "Spirals of Ebony". I was going for an ambient, horror movie sound on this album, hence the stark quality and stuff.

Yes it was. I was, at first, surprised you recognized it... then remembered you actually have one. 95% of the album was on the DX-7.

Yes, I know it was a very ineffective decision, but it was all really just my initial experimentation, and I just got an album outta it.

If you have any stomp boxes or guitar effects processors, run the DX-7 through them for some neat results. :)

This sounds like the kind of music you'd hear in a '70s science documentary. Not a bad thing at all. It's a very tactful use of synthesizers.

Well thank you very much. I can picture it, too, from what I can recall of such vintage documentaries. I used to rent old ass vhs tapes that had this kinda music in it.
