Considering the very tiny shorts he wears all the time, he's certainly not shy about showing his legs, so possibly. But I imagine he's much too shy for that most of the time.

He basically is one at this point and the show was released in 2011 and femboys appeared in 2010s sooo the connections are all to clear.
