This is by far my favorite thing you've ever drawn. I really love the layout of the image, and the background is beautifully drawn. My favorite part is the colors/lighting. :) Great work! I'd really love to see more illustrative stuff like this from you.

The red labeled one says Zambuka, as the commissioner asked for that. I used a font that makes the 'Z' look like a backwards '3' and is really elaborate xD

I misread slightly. The entire mirror took 3hrs, the frame would have been roughly 1hr of that I think.

I can't take too much credit for that, I did a bit of copy pasting with the frame sides to make them properly symmetrical once I'd done the main portion of the design. Obviously not the lighting and stuff though, since it's all asymmetrical xD

The mirror looks like it did take some time, but in the end it was worth the effort. The effect looks awesome. The flames on the drapes looks awesomely like flame, as opposed to the cartoony flame I tend to see-jagged and not realistic at all. An awesome piece with incredible emotion. you get a thumbs up :D

Of everything in this piece that I love, I'm especially impressed with how the mirror turned out. I can see why it took a long time, but it looks totally worth it. I'd imagine it'd be really REALLY hard to do something like that, anyways...but you definitely made it look great, along with the rest of the commission.
