Practicing again. This time, Girafarig using Psychic.
In the anime, Psychic is depicted as being able to levitate objects. Some argue that levitating things should only be possible using Telekineses (introduced in Generation 4) which is described as a move that levitates the foe.
However I'm going to roll with Psychic since the blue looked a lot better in this pic than the green of Telekinesis.

The way i do my art, i can do everything with just the default photoshop round brush.
Though for time's sake and usability, i utilize the history brush, and sometimes the pen tool (to get the longer lines that need to be a little straight than normal).
