Do you do poems about nature? That usually helps me. I mainly just look at the sky and write a poem about what happens.

Instead, think back. What inspired you as a child? When you close your eyes and listen to your favorite music, what emotions are brought to the fore? And what sort of images cross your mind? Seek these things out, and focus on them intently...This is how I usually try to gain inspiration.
