A character design commission for
They gave me some basic likes and dislikes and let me do as I pleased. I had a lot of fun with it since I love coming up with random character desings. Hope it came out to your liking~

It was supposed to be a hermaphroditic character, but wihtout any genitalia showing. I have this thing against drawing reptilians with breasts, and the commissioner said themselves they wouldnt be visiable on a reptile/raptor. But if need be I can puff out the chest more.
