So I'm starting to watch Chuggaaconroy's Let's Plays on YouTube, and I went to watch his LP of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (I frackin' love that game, BTW). When he got to Doopliss, he mentioned a lot of people loved his battle theme. I had never really gotten much of a chance to listen to it before, because when I played the game, the GameCube was at my grandparents' house, and they always made me play it quietly.
I went and listened to the original theme and I LOVE IT. Not to mention Doopliss himself is pretty adorable and hilarious. I love abusing the ability to type in a name and have in-game characters comment on it (hence why I named myself BITCH in my Flora Sky Let's Play), so I love the first name input encounter with him, when it doesn't matter what you put in.
Me: Your name is Luigi!
Doopliss: Wrongamundo, little nobody! Who'd name their kid that?
Me: LOLZ
As for this remix, I'm very happy with the result. It was a bit tough, but I think I did okay.
