As part of a Secret Santa group, I drew this for 
felonykat of her fallen angel Cole Anderson hovering over an evergreen forest in the early morning.
He don't look happy, do he? ...Probably unsatisfied with my level of skill, but I'll never improve if I don't push myself once in a while, and there's nothing quite like a deadline to drive me forward(they also drive me crazy, but I was crazy already).
I chose colored pencils as my medium because that has produced the best results for my skill level in recent months. The scanner kinda wiped the background, but it was nothing special to begin with.
I was listening to a loop of this song while I was drawing this, because it just seemed appropriate for the character; that always helps me get the right kind of mood for the scene I'm trying to depict.

Yeah, I really oughta start drawing more often; but that's why I dared to sign up for the SS in the first place. Perhaps tomorrow when I'm less sleep-deprived, I'll actually do that comparative pic of Eclipse's two forms that I've been planning since I joined the game.
