A little dedication to everyone out there who lost a friend.
The memories will always live on.

I just realized that it's exactly 2 years now that my beloved
cat Ashati left me. I will always love you girl, you surely
live on in Shuray and Trisca.

My friend hasn't died...but well long story short I had a great friend and I screwed that all up, all the chances are dried up...he's gone forever and he's never coming back...

My neighbor lost her dog a couple years ago, and she looked just like this <3 Makes me think of my own Napoleon who I lost a long while back :C he was a good pup </3

I've never cried at funerals ever.
I lost my best friend last July..she was honestly my first friend.
Best dog in the world, first time I have ever cried over anybody.
She went everywhere with me.. I still sob every time she is mentioned.

I miss my Dalmatian, Prissy. All my life I had her, so right before i turn 16 she died of old age. Thank you for the picture.

Wow, I had a similar experience where my cat was with me for 14 years of my life since I was a baby, looking back at how young we both were right until we had pictures of her in her age and me as well, I am sorry for your Loss of Prissy and I am sure you gave her an happy and loving life.

Yeah, same =( I loved my dog, I stopped my parents and bro from putting her down for a full year. I wouldn't let them incinerate her either when she was dead. We buried her. I was supposed to get another dog, but my parents got a divorce for my 16th b-day instead XP but since then it's been ok, I still got my cat, he's not as old or precious to me, but still it's nice to have her around.
I'm sorry for the loss of your animal. May I assume she was a tabby?

It must of been hard for you, As is the hardest part of losing our loved ones to the circle of life, I am sorry to hear such tragedy and It is good to read you are recovering, thank you for your kind thoughts. She was not a tabby but a domestic-short haired turtoiseshell.

This is so touching, I just lost my german shepherd Monday, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about her. I just know shes waiting for me up there, and someday we will be together again

I am so sorry to hear and read such things, The art is beautiful for it's sentimental value. But what it more beautiful is reading all these comments of lost and love, for that thought that you will meet up with her again one day. It is hard for us all to lose that someone we love, but let us know that you, and everyone gave our friends and those close happy lives for their time with us.

You're right, she got 4 great years here with me and i'm thankful for that. She dedicated her life to me protecting, serving, and loving as I did to her and even in the end I still remember her tail wagging before. She is family still, and her legacy atleast with me can never die

Its beautiful, I lost my friend 1 month ago :( My first pet who I lost, cause i have 2 cats and 1 dog yet, of wish my second dog its older about 6 years then my lost friend :( He has only 5 years when he died unexpectedly of heart disease about which nobody knew :(:(

This is such a beautiful piece with such a beautiful and sentimental meaning to it, honouring those and remebering those who we have all lost and taking the time to appriciate what we have, rather than take it for granted until it is gone, If I may also had I thought the expression and the lighting in this is beautiful as well.

This is beautiful. A friend family lost their dog a couple days ago, and they are a bit down, was a member of their family.. I'm sending this to them, it's absolutely fantastic.

I also lost a few pets I loved, and this made me remember all those good times when they were here. Thank you very much for this :)

Hah oh dear you really made that I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes because of the beautiful memories I have of my dog, Cora, who passed away with 19 years, when I was 19. We both grew up together and always were close friends. I still miss her a lot and I will always do so. Yet the beautiful memories will live on and brighten dark days. :)

Thank you for doing this... Its been 6 years since my great dane Elliott passed away, and only a few weeks since my baby irish wolfhound passed at the age of 10 weeks old. This picture means a lot to me *hugs*

That is beautiful. I had just recently lost two of my beloved cats in a very close time frame together. I know 1 month and 24 days isn't that close to a lot of people, but when it comes to losing two sweet pets in that time frame...it really is, because your not done grieving the lose of one when it happens to another. :(

This is very fitting. I just had to put my best friend down yesterday. She was suffering too much from cancer, I couldn't stand to see her like that.

I thank you for this, it made me smile, if only a little, to remember that my Abby-girl will never truly die.

Definitely a moving piece. I've lost many friends in the past 20 years, and I loved them all so much. When they died, it was like a little piece of me died too. I can't think of a single one without feeling that pang of sadness and longing to see them again. My boy now is already 9 years old, and I can tell age has caught up with him. Given he's a Mastiff/Black Lab mix, I'm surprised he's stayed with us this long. But I can tell he doesn't have too much time left, and every time I think about what life will be like without him I can't stop myself from crying. Really, thank you for this. It truly means a lot :') <3

I once saved a little tabby kitten who had been trying to cross the busiest road in our town. I saw her laying in the street after we saw her running and thought sh'd been hit. Amazingly she got up and made it across the road as she had ducked and managed to stay between the tires of he cars and not get run over. We took her home and did everything we could for her, but after a week her health deteriorated and I lost her after just a week of having her. Her name was Cynder and after almost 6 years I still feel like I failed her...

This is very moving and has great meaning behind it. Just last month I lost my tea-cup poodle Sweetie to old age (12+ years old) and last Christmas Eve my Husky Sage was taken from me... this is a very moving piece and well done too. Nice work.

beautiful picture tani, I too, like the rest here have felt the heart crushing pain of the loss of a loved one. this spring my mother will have been gone for two years, my mother bear, who now soars with the clouds up above, shall always live on in the hearts of those who knew her. my only regret is that my nephew will never get to know what a great person his grandma was.

This is beautiful

I had to put my dog of 14 years to sleep the Monday after MFF, so this really is a truly beautiful piece to me.

I created a memorial in my room for my dog to make me feel a little better about it, but I'll always regret not being there for him when he was feeling sick that weekend.

This is just beautiful. I lost my dog and one of my cats six months apart. My 19 year old cat, Rusty, who had been with me all my life, even before I was born, passed away in December about three years ago - he was dying by degrees from old age, so we had him euthanaised. My border collie Jessie got put down the following May at the age of 12 - she couldn't get up one morning, she had had arthritis as a puppy and it got the better of her in her old age. I miss them, both so much, especiallyu Jessie. But maybe I will see them again one day. <3 Rest in peace my dear ones...my gosh, this brings tears to my eyes.

The dog in this image looks exactly like the Yellow lab/German Shepard mix we lost in a house fire three years ago this past December 8th. His name was Copper, and he was only 5 years old.

I remember seeing this image before earlier on but recently have lost my best friend just this Saturday a few days ago. Glad you made this and appreciate the tribute to all those who have lost a friend very close to them, whether they be pet or human, it doesn't matter, the friendship bond is still as strong either way you look at it. A wonderful tribute and very respectful image to the dead, and may they rest happily and be peaceful forever more.
