Oooo. Very nice. A wonderful re-working of the older picture to take on a new look and feel.
I'm always a fan of characters using their breath weapons, and you did a fantastic job here, beautifully capturing the flow and movement. The wispy trails rising from the bottom of the picture is a wonderful touch.

The colors and textures to Hatred's body came out great, with the highlights and reflections really bringing out that sense of mass and strength.

not bad. not as frightening without the siloute and red eyes but good. but tell me, how much control do you and your mate have over chaos and hatred? do you have enough not to cause collateral damage/deaths, or is there no control at all?

We keep them under control but sometimes they get out on their own or we release them for a while

Well, to put it bluntly when Hatred and Chaos go to town (in the literal sense) when they leave again the place is essentially post apocalyptic when they're done. Also the ground is poisoned by their presence so nothing grows there for a long time (not unlike a nuke)

so if you lose control, everyone in the city is dead. yikes. let's hope that is a rare event, in any case. either way, i wish i could help, but there are certain, ah, difficulties with that.

1. interfering with another persons storyline/charecters is not something to be taken lightly. unless ok'd, i don't want to change that which i have no right to do.

2. my fursona is close to god modded as it is; i refuse to become a dues ex machina

3. the method i am thinking of doing, if it does help with chaos and hatred, does more than simply that. it is something none of my race do lightly, and will not do at all unless it is needed for some purpose, or they feel that the person truely deserves and can handle what will happen.
