This is one of the Commisioners Guardians, this spacifically is Zxivone he is the brother of Dravolahe a fellow Guardian. They are both 10'6" and weigh well over 500 lbs (1,200 with there armor on). They are extremely powerful and deadly on the batttlefield and are often a force of phycological terror to their enemies.
