Lionel likes to shop at the various destinations his skytrain takes him. In some of the more fantastic dimensions he can come across beings even stranger than himself. Here he has bumped into a cheshire caterpillar shoe salesman who seems most intent on making a sale.

Originally it was going to be a Wonderland type caterpillar with a snobby gentleman face but after a few design runs with the artist we thought it might be funny to make the caterpillar a bit more cat than just the name and have the saleman cheery. :)
