Mmmm finished. The scented aroma will stick around for hours. My homemade cider has always had this smooth and disarming/relaxing quality about it(I use gala apples, honey, and cinnamon). I like my ciders smooth and passive. Depending on the apple you can get different blends of cider, some with more kick. I've even known some people to squeeze in some orange juice or throw in some orange peel while it cooks down. Those ciders always had a 'kick' to it. :)
I think im ready for Christmas! Im ready to make a huge batch of cider goodness!

Mmm... I made rum apple cider over thanksgiving. It took a little too much effort on my practice run to make it from scratch(granny smith, red delicious, gala, orange mix.) I ended up using organic apple juice instead and throwing in all of my spices. Delicious either way~ and hey... I like that pot. And that glass. :D!
