Well, I'm back home in the US after a 5 month deployment (7 months for the ship) to the Middle East. I have plenty of stories and pictures to show and tell, but this is one of my favorites.

I was up on the flight deck on board CVN-77 USS George H. W. Bush and we were doing a refueling at sea, and while waiting for the ship to come alongside, I grabbed my phone and took a photo of the sunrise. The low angle shows the detail of the flight deck and it's also cool having some of the air crew in the background as well as one of the tail wings on the F/A-18 which was chained to the flight deck.
