Yes, humans do as well as my other species, the Kiruchi. Humans fight them to defend themselves since Morlock beasts are able to come to Earth through a portal that opens up between our world and their world every nine years. They come to eat, but have to leave within 24 hours which is the amount of time the portal stays open. The Kiruchi fight them for territory, they also see Earth as hunting grounds and even though the Morlocks came here first they still fight to take it over.
