Romell is a black Labrador retriever mix, and he's been sitting in a kill shelter for a while now, emaciated and waiting for someone to give him his fur-ever home. I have a friend from waaay back in elementary school whose mother -really- would like to give Romell a chance at life with a loving family and has a warm spot reserved for him on the couch. We still have about 160 bucks left to go before he's free and clear of that terrible shelter and on his way to snoozing off some well-deserved treats at home with his new family.

I've donated the last of the cash I can spare, and I'm hoping if folks have a few spare coins, even if it's just a dollar or so, that they'll help bring this puppy home for Christmas and make a family incredibly happy.
