Okay so this was one of the costumes I went to Otakon in.
EVERYTHING IS HAND MADE.

Let me explain. At first I thought it was going to be to hard to make this costume. I had to make shoes by hand, which I did it took almost 2 weeks just to make the shoes, on top of that I had to paint a wig which has just about never been done before ( i have only seen it done once), Which I was really scared to do because I was guessing half of the time what to do, everything else was hand sewn or painted on the costume. ;U;
yes my shorts are polka dotted.
