I don't see any picture of that. ;P But if you're talking the picture where Damien's turning Russet into a goosicle, then the reason for that is it used to be Tsumi's outfit in Noms Quest, but Sefra found it to be ridiculously hot on Damien, and so he wanted to keep it around as an official outfit option.

...So..yes, Sefra likes skimpy shirts, I suppose. x3 Just not really skimpy clothes in general on either of them is what I mean, since full pants and whatnot. x3
