The end result of my tutorial on coloring in Paint tool sai (the beginning of which can be seen here:http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7008966/)
This is
seritaph's female 'roo character. I got the urge to draw her in a state where she absorbs any latex she touches. Then she stumbles back into a big ol' pile of helium balloons and . . . well . . . as you can see there are interesting results. Seritaph was kind enough to even write a little short story to go along with it:
Hey, these are really nice balloons. I wonder who left 'em here? Whup!" An oversized red balloon bounces off of a purple shoulder, then sticks with a *shwuck* noise. "Huh. That's weird. Gah!" Another inflated sphere bwomps into her arm, and she flails at it while stepping backwards... into the cluster. "That's not how this is supposed to woooooork!" The once svelte n' glossy 'roo is assailed by the cloud of drifting latex, all of it being drawn to her as if by static electricity, clustering about and rubbing squeakily, taking on her candy gloss hue, and then... merging... the bubble of air each imparted rippling up her arms, across her legs, or down her sides. With each delivery of extra gas she grows, and her growth spurs even more balloons to careen against her.
"Stupid balloons! It's a trap!" As she wallows, tumbling much like a balloon herself as her feet leave the ground, she gets a view behind her where her friends stand, grins all around. "You... You bums! I knew that soda tasted weird!" Her voice rises an octave or three as helium from the rapidly diminishing balloons surrounding her hits her system. "When I get down someone's gonna spend the rest of the week sooooo staticked up they won't be able to take their socks off!" Riotous laughter greets the dire proclamation, and helpful hands tow the now blimpishly plump 'roo back from the brink of drifting into the sky.

What, it's not being a paranoid 'roo if they actually are out to get you! :)
Oh, the shiiiiine. I really do enjoy that immensely, and you've given the design such a glossy glow. Certainly hope you had as much fun putting this one together as I've had ogling it. This is really appreciated, good sir.
